Today, August 3rd, 2022, is my Birthday. I am 77 years old, and in very good shape for a man my age. I pray that I will continue to be this way, as long as possible. All praise and thanks to the Lord! In Jesus Name. Amen.

Thank you for the cookies. I definitely couldn't handle all of them at one time. If they come in a box, I think I'd have one or two for dessert, every night for a week; or more. Considering just how many there are.

On Wednesday afternoon, I attended the weekly bingo game, in the Community Room of the Senior Citizen Village, where I'm a resident. Since the jackpot is usually about $20.00, I don't take the game seriously. I go there for the socializing. There were about 15 people in attendance.
When the game ended everyone stood up and sang "Happy Birthday to You" to me. There was no cake with candles. However, considering that there could have been 77 candles to blow out.
"Take a reeeeeeeeeeally deep breath, Mr Bill!"
I'm truly grateful that did not happen.
